best thing i can say is call lexmark 1-877-577-2787 .. just to warn you sometimes the hold time can be agonizing and you usually get someone with some sort of accent you can hardly understand them. make sure you give them the right address. i ended up ordering right after i moved and i accidently put my old fire number and new street and they sent through fedex and they wouldn't deliver to the correct address unless lexmark called them so i called lexmark back and they point blank refused to call fedex and change it
