please try scanning with another program, for example you can try paint to start paint
press and hold the windows key, then press r. the run menu comes up, type in mspaint. ones the mspaint is open click file and select from scanner or camera, follow the scanning wizard and let me know the results.
Hello. Here are some tips on how to remedy the problem. Check your firewall especially from third parties. Make sure to allow all Lexmark communications to go through. Also, try to check if the scan software is installed. If not, try to run the installation cd again to include the scan software. Hope this helps.
