My printer was working fine until it ran out of black ink - I ordered more & replaced it, but the printer never printed again. It acts like it is printing but no ink comes out. I saw somewhere to uninstall it & reinstall - which I did, as well as remove & replace the ink cartridges several times & no printing.
It reads Left Ink Cartridge incorrect but nothing that I do seems to fix that or make it recognize the full new cartridge properly. I REALLY don't want to get a new printer - it was fine last week... *The ink in the new cartridge is not dry I have checked several times* PLEASE HELP! hi just want to ask for help fix my HP DESKJET D2360, It seem out of paper but it has. and its power bottons keeps on blnking. and when i try print a new one, it doesn't work.
this is the second time i have replaced the black cartridge, and it does not read them as "full" , now it will not print except in the "color' mode. I did the cleaning option and the black came through just perfect
I installed a new color cartridge but I keep getting a message that "color cartridge missing". I've taken it out and put it back in several times but no luck. I've tried unplugging, cleaning the contacts, turning it upside down and shaking it and swearing at it. All to no avail. I guess I'm going to have to get a new printer. It will not be a Dell.
