My 4x6 prints are not centered on paper

my 4x6 prints wont center on the paper their off to right side approx 3/16 of an inch and short on back end about 1/16 of an inch

That printer can't print borderless on 4x6 photo paper, you should use A4 size paper, print and cut the pictures.
