Brew unit's driving motor gets voltage from electronic board. Driving motor is 33V. If voltage too low or not exist replace transistor TIP33C mounted on cooling radiator in this board. You can replace it with more powerful analog TIP35C. In the electronic parts shop it cost 2 Eur.

You should have screws at the top to remove. Unplug it first. Then when you have the top removed, you can begin your cleaning. Put screws back in place and you are ready to go.

Nothing works. When turned on, we get flashing red lights. The problem doesn't seem to be water or coffee bean level related.

there is safety switches on the machine one is the water level, one is the tray and the puck drawer and theres also one on the brew group . remove each and replace making sure in place.

Spidem Divina - one cup and 2 cup lights flash together

Caution light usually means something is out of place. Nothing will work until everything is in place and locked.
Steady water light means it needs to be primed, (run water by opening the steam knob). It won't heat until the boilers are primed.
