I moved into the apartment with WET2820 installed, but missing the manual. I can pretty much figure out most of the basic things this w/m does, the obvious ones, but wanted to be sure about more "sophisticated" ones, like the A/B/C and temperature matrix + the extra modes. Can anyone post the extract from the manual? And before you suggest http://www.bshappliancecare.com/Bosch/boschspares.html -- I can get all the info I don't need on spares for the washer, but instruction manual is missing over there...
Thanks a bunch!
I have noticed on bosch website that WFT2806 is exactly the same model and there is a manual to download.
go to http://www.bshappliancecare.com/Bosch/ and select instruction manuals then search for WFT and wait, the page will authomatically redirect you to the manuals for WFT2806GB which I think is the free standing version of the washer.

This could be a few things.Try the easiest first. With the engine warmed up,the heater core hoses should both be warm(shows water flowing through core)If you have electronic controls, the cold/hot door is controlled by a servo motor(similar to the servos in a remote controlled car toy)These will not move/function if one wire is broken(saw a few GM products do this)Also remember a neigbor's Jeep that had a stuck motor, careully took the servo apart, and lubed the motor to unstick it).Manual or vacuum controls are pretty basic, just figure out where the cold hot door is.

I'm so sorry but this forum is not able, nor in a position, to supply any type of manual, parts list, installation instructions, electrical or schematic diagrams direct; it's just made up of ordinary guys and gals, probably at home and from all over the world, with experience of addressing problems and giving guidance for free on the web ;-0)
Also members on Fixya are not 'affiliated' to, or representative of, any manufacturer at all, just using their experience gained probably over many years.
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!
There is no option to turn off the ECM on Brother Intellifax 2820 , just set the compatibility to Basic so that the ECM feature will not be available. Just press Menu 201. Press down or up arrow key to select Basic.Press Menu/set and then Stop/exit.
Hope this helps. Rate if it works. Thanks
the water inlet valve is letting the water by, you will need to fit a new one. to get the correct part number you will need the model number which u already have and the "FD" number to get the specific model as there are a couple of varients. you should find the fd number on the silver rating plate inside the door
In a business environment most fax machines are left on 24/7......who wants to miss an order coming in because your fax was OFF. However, many fax machines can be programmed to go into a "sleep mode"...this would be in the evening when the office is closed...you still want to be able to recieve fax's if any come in..but you don't need the machine ON "fully" ready to print. Another-words, the machine is in a sleep/half power mode( because no-one is in the office to use it )..BUT if a fax comes in then the machine can still recieve it, then it "wakes-up" fully..prints out the recieved pages, and then goes back to sleep again. The details on how to program this function will be in your operators manual IF the feature is available on your model.
The benifits of programming a machine this way are pretty obvious...savings on Hydro, extended machine life ( due to machine going to sleep.) and yet you still dont miss any calls.
Pretty good hey.!!
Always keep in mind that you need 4 things to make combustion happen: Fuel, Spark, Oxygen (Air), and compression. One or more of these is missing and we need to figure out who is missing the party. Let’s start with the basics: Does it have gas? (Fuel) Is the kill switch on? (Spark) When you pull the cord slow does it give intermittent firm resistance? (Compression) Is the air filter clean (Air) Now you need to look at a few details: Pull the spark plug out and checked for spark. This requires you to hook the spark plug up and let the plug lean up against the metal part of the head.Pull the cord, should be easy (no compression) and check for spark. Don’t hold plug with fingers as you may get a jolt.If no spark, try a new plug, still no spark check the switch and wiggle it around. Even if you have spark I like to install a new spark plug for this next test. With new plug in, pull at least 10 times, pull the plug and see if it looks wet.If it is wet, it is getting fuel.
Hope this helps.
The dryer is easy: turn it on and turn the control to 0. It will beep. Then turn it to the desired program (20, 40, 60 minutes or a pre-programmed cycle), it will beep again and start. If there's a red light you have to empty the water tank at the front on the left. The washer is a normal washer. Just pick your program and press start (be patient as it takes a while to get cranking). Sometimes you have to really push the door closed very hard. Try and turn the control to 12 o'clock before setting it again.
