Accidentally booted windows seven again, inside

accidentally booted windows seven again, inside windows seven that was already running and it instantly turned my computer off and then it wouldn't even boot anymore, says :boot error boot mngr compressed press alt=tab=delete to reboot but it won't and i tried to put the bootdisk in and boot from cd but no it's not working what should i do besides strap fireworks to my computer and have an early new years?

Strap fireworks and Happy New Year! lol.
To boot from the boot CD you may have to press F12 to select the boot device. The OS install on the HDD is clearly corrupted but you should still be able to boot from the CD. Contact me through my website http://www.inovagent.com if you need more help.
