I turn it on and it just says walkman.

i turn it on and it just says walkman. it lights up and wont go to my songs list. and i have to push the reset button in the back for it to shut off. i have only been using it for about two months.

Hello.
Your Mp3 Player is having problems with it Firmware, now you need to upgarde it firmware to Fix it. to do that download this firmware updater Utility and follow the instructions that it comes with it.
