Cartridge error: refer to device documentation to

remove the cartridges and clean the metal contacts with tissue paper and put it back. if the problem continues check the cartridges.

still not working....i had a similar problem with this printer a few months ago. i replaced the black ink with a refilled cartridge. color ink message was incompatible. color ink cartridge was still full. but i replaced it anyway..then bam it worked....
so now black ink needed to be replaced which i did and now i get an error message of print cartridge problem tricolor...
