Dumping of physical memory means that Windows is about to crash anytime. So, back up all you data on the PC and get ready for a crash and reinstall Windows. OR, you can reinstall right now. Do that, but remember that all other programs that you are using besides Windows, will have to be reinstalled. Windows is just the base. What you construct above it is dependent on your requirements. That includes MS Office and what not. So, take a good back up of My Documents as it will be overwritten.

Everytime I plug something into any of my usb ports the computer freezes and has to be restarted. If any usb device is plugged in during restart it freezes restart. I have reinstalled windows twice, uninstalled the drivers and rebooted and reinstalled, run the virus scan, checked with third party to make sure I had the latest drivers. The computer works fine otherwise and the cd player works. Just can't use USB ports. Is there a setting in bios or something that could be turned off?
