go to start>run>CMD>ENTER
from the command prompt type in ping yahoo.com
instead of yahoo.com though, type in the address that is blocked.
then hit ENTER
this will ping out to that site and give you an IP address for that site
open up your web browser
type the ip address of that website in the address bar where you usually type the address

This will allow you to see websites that are blocked by a simple dns proxy. If you have a different setup or different proxy type, let us know
