I am attempting to repair the 240V to 12V section of an Engel portable fridge freezer power supply, but a resistor and a diode are so burnt I cant read any markings. Where can I get a Schematic diagram and a supply of spare electronic components for an Engel?

Personaly I have never seen a manufacturer realease that sort of infomation.
Would suggest you contact engel direct. www.engelaustralia.com.au
