Sounds like your power supply is causing the problem. Unplug the TV wait 10 minutes, look in the back for a red button (circuit breaker) push it in. If this does not work you have a low voltage power supply fault.
The problem is most likely caused by a defective fly-back transformer, it generates the high voltage that energizes the picture tube and along with the video circuits produces a picture, to repair the set would not be cost effective when you consider the parts and labor involved, better to replace.
Tv have "LAMP" indication LED light blinking? The tv projection lamp is dead, require changing.Hearing alot of clickings sound too?Mean the board, call the Ballast board is dead.Require change the Ballast too.The Ballast board, the board that help to ignite the projection lamp.
This may be a "ISL9860" chip on your T-con board - I saw a nice youtube video by norcal715 you can do a web search for "norcal715 samsung" & a few from him will pop up. The one I watched was at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l2jzLn5QEos
You might contact him through his youtube video.
good-luck.
There are two identical IC's I think they are 18 pin more or less about half way up the board on the left side in the power supply. You will know them when you see them. They may be bad. It is a common problem on that model. If this helps let me know.
Your standby power supplies are most likely at fault you should check the low voltage regulators and see if they are functioning they may be defective.
Symptoms are not related, what you hear is the high voltage turning on and that is normal if it only does it for less than a second, the grainy picture might be intermitant, dont turn it off, when the picture is grainy tap the side of the set to see if it racts and if it does you know you have a loose conection. This could be outside because of a loose ground on tha cable or inside in the tuner.
