The tray does not open

Do you know if there might be a cd stuck in the trey, if so, here is hoe you fix this.

Take a pin and push it into the small hole near the eject button. Push it in until you feel a resistance to movement of the pin, while doing this, gently pull out the try.

If there is no cd stuck in the player, the problem is the little rubber band which drives out the trey. If this is the problem, you should hear a noise if you press the eject button. It is really cheap to fix. Hope this can help you.
