I have a HughesNetwork 9000 series modem HN9000, the LAN light keeps turning on and off, it happens all the time, but sometimes it will stay on until i try to navigate to a new site, than it turns off and i get an error saying a network cable is unplugged.. i also replaced the cable running between the computer and the modem.

I have a VOIP customer using 6 lucent 4 line 854s. sometimes when you pick up the reciever all 4 lines will come on when you pick up one. Sometimes unplugging and replugging the phone will fix this problem. The customer did not want to spend money on a key system so we have 2 ATAs hooked up in the basement for his 3 phone numbers, all new telephone wiring ran back to one point and tied together on a terminal block for each number. Does this have something to do with the intercom on the phone? Customer says the phone worked fine for another provider at another address with a similar set up.
