Go to the Motorola support website and download the LS2106 Product Reference Guide. Print and scan the following barcodes:

Data Suffix 1 from Adobe page 80 of 112
Scan Suffix Adobe page 79 of 112
7 Adobe page 88 of 112
0 Adobe page 87 of 112
0 Adobe page 87 of 112
9 Adobe page 89 of 112

Once this is done the scanner will now send the tab after every barcode scanned.

I want the cursor from my computer to automatically TAB when a bar code is scanned. (to move to the next input box) How do I do that?

Do you have the manual/CD that came with the scanner? If so, you should be able to "create a new rule" and include the TAB as a "suffix" to the scan string. Just be aware that this behavior will always be in place (unless you disable the rule) so if you use the scanner for another application this may not be the best option.
