On mine I turned off the water and removed the hose off the machine. I looked at the washer where the hose connects and it has a little screen to filter the incoming water. It was cloged with white stuff. I picked the screen out and cleaned it.
Maybe yours is the same thing.
Also I hooked a garden hose to the supply water and let it run full open to help flush anything from the water line.

The machine, when in a spin cycle, makes a whining sound like a bearing is going out. A repair man had already replaced a burnt up belt, but he did not run the unit in spin to make sure it was OK. I called him and told him about the noisy spin cycle, and he told me that two bearings would have to be replaced. Can I purchase the bearing myself to replace them? If so, where is the best place to purchase the bearings and can I get written instructions on how to do it?
