I need a DVD drive replaced on my Toshiba RS-TX20 Tivo/DVD player recorder.

When I hook my digital camera up to my DVD Toshiba
When I hook my digital camera up to my DVD Toshiba recorder, the video on the camera plays, but does not come up on the TV screen. This is a brand new recorder and the dealer won't help. The camera works fine with the DVD player on the other TV.

- Hi, I'm not sure what you mean by tune in. It's all digital. The DVD player itself doesn't seem to have the av settings. I will look into it further. Thank you for your advice.Nov 03, 2009

have you tried to tune in the recorder to the film while its running.i have also found av button has four setting

- on the tv is it hdmi?.if it is try the av button on the tv remote you should go throu about four screens ..hdmi/mono/ext1/ext2. the dvd may be digital dolby which is audio. i would go for setting the tv on ext1 but keep the film running and also shut the small screen on the vid cam.as when it's open it wont transmit throu the rca leadsYes
