I was given the Regal Kitchen Pro Model # K6773 as a re-gift 5 yrs ago. I have never bought bread or Pizza since. My problem: I have the recipe booklet which is great, but maintenance....besides cleaning, I have no idea. the rubber washer and inside thin ring keeps popping out. Do I need to grease this and the rotor that the can sits on. I love this product and would prefer NOT buying another one. Thank_You
