Memory infected /virus hook to computer and heal the virus in you camera.

I pluged my camera up to my computer and found an extra file on my memory stick labled MSSONY. I deleted that file and I have no problems now.

You may also try power resetting the Camera. Power resetting can be done by removing the batteries from the Camera and then press and hold the POWER BUTTON of the Camera for 15 seconds and then reinsert the batteries after 1 minute.
If the issue persists, service may be required.
