I have uploaded I tunes 9.01 and am trying to upload digital movies I buy at best buy, to i tunes, and it uploads and shows an icon on the itunes and when I open the movie, it shows a grey blank screen and acts like it is running the movie, but no sound and no picture, best buy said there is not kodak on my computer how do I find that or what should I do

uninstall it and go to http://www.filehippo.com and downloading the VLC player it plays everything
