When I first purchased the product, I put music on it, no problem. Well, I decided I wanted to put different music on. I deleted it through the sonicstage software, but it still says most of the memory is full. When I go to play it, there's no music on it. How do I free up the memory so i can put different songs on the walkman?

try to open the device so right click on start, on your desktop, and click explore, and at the find your device on the left, and look through the files, and find what is taking up your memory, and delete it
