Hi when I try to log on to my name on our family laptop I get the message The User Profile Service service failed the logon.User profile cannot be loaded.I am on a Acer Aspire 5735 with windows vista . Cheers Darran

Has anyone messed with your logon to this computer? Are you the only one having logon problems?

sounds like you have a virus need to unistall your old virus protection and try downloading Http://www.filehippo.com AVG 9.00
