if that is when your printing you have to check and be sure the paper tray size is set correctly. You press the machine status button and make sure, tray 1, 2 and the bypass are set to the proper size paper.

On the PC you also need to set the paper type in print driver and in any document you are sending to the device.

The mismatch error is due to sending a print with a different paper type than is set on any of the trays on the Xerox. Most commonly 'A4' and 'letter'

you may have to put paper in bypass tray.when printing wrong tray was selected
