Question about Nokia 1600 Cellular Phone
For starters the phone freezes when I try to place a call. Secondly the phone will not turn on without freezing and the screen going completely white. It will not unfreeze unless I take out the battery, but when I turn the phone on again the same thing happens. Sometimes a silver screen comes up that says something like USB BOOT INIT. WHATS WRONG?
Call (1-888-537-4242) and have a representative trouble shoot your phone for you. This is for T-Mobile Phones. Even though you can just call 611 from your cellaphone for free, in order to troubleshoot your cell, you have to call this number from another phone, such as a house phone, or someone else's phone. Freeezing in the Razor is becoming pretty common, it probably would be best to switch to another phone, but i know that sometimes it can be pretty hard. If the representative can not troubleshoot your phone, that means that the phone is pretty much broken and they will most likely send you another phone through USP. This will take up to one week in order for you to receive it. The phones are shipped to California from Georgia. After you place the order for the phone to be sent to your address, it is not possible to go back to change the order. If you decide after you place your order for the phone that you do not want the shipment, simply wait for the phone to arrive and tell the USB person that you want to reject the package and it will be sent back to T-Mobile. Hopefully this helps you all with T-Mobile. I am going through this shit myself and I am patiently waiting for my new phone to arrive. If you want yo have all your contacts and information saved onto the new phone, make sure you save it all to your Sim card. I did not so now I lost many contacts!
