If you can identify the memory inside the chassis, locate it and physically check. volume is ususally printed on it, or else it is displayed when the POST test is running, ie when you switch on the sytem before windows starts. Alternatively, after booting into windows, right click my computerand left click propeties in the drop down menu. however the ram volume displayed by windows is usually the volume less amount of ram used for display.
