Hi, We recently moved our HP LaserJet 3390. The plug was pulled before the unit was shut down, and when it was plugged back in, it came up with a Control Panel message that reads: ''Scanner Error 6 / Turn off then on''. We cycled the power, and when it came back, it said the same thing. The printer still works, but we're unable to scan and copy. I cannot find any reference (in the manual or on HP's website) as to what ''Scanner Error 6'' actually means. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

After powering on the printer, I get a quick flash of the display lights, then a constant clicking sound from the left rear side. Nothing ever appears on the screen to indicate its operational.

When printing multiple pages, I frequently get a paper jam that seems to be caused by the output tray feed. The jam seems to always have a sheet about 90% in the output tray with a sheet right behind it just exiting the fuser. If I open the back (and let output fall on the floor), I never get a jam. I tried cleaning the output rollers, but that doesn't seem to help. Tried switching paper, but that doesn't help either.
