- Which SIM slot are you using now? Try the other sim slot, also, go t Settings, phone set up, network set up, and search for new network, let it register and make a new phone call just to see. I don't know if this your first China Mobile, but when you dial a phone number, you must tap the sim card that you are using, this will be the SEND key on any other phone.Also try searching for a contact, click option, then call, it should dial it automatically.
