Missing applications such as GPS, infrared, radio, and much more. I heard that you can reprogram it or something. Is that true?

WizYou can reset the phone:
You could try a hard reset thus:
Take your SIM card out first.
Power on.
Hard reset code *#7780#
(Best to use this code as a last resort)
Replace SIM card.
Then power on – reset basic Nokia settings
GIVE IT TIME TO WORK
