2001 Chevy truck has trouble starting after sitting for more than 15 minutes. Starter has been change and plugs. When I start the truck in the morning, there is no problem. But once it sits for more than 15 minutes I have to turn the ignition 3 time and it will start.

- Yes it turn over and the starters is working but nothing happens. When i turn the key 3 times quickly it will turn on, rite away.Clarification Request

do you mean it will not turn over? or does it turn over but not start (catch)?
