We own a Euro pro Shark 998A sewing machine. The foot pedal is not functioning in our machine. Rest of the functionalities are Ok.

Contact Shark @ 18003614639 they will send you a manual. They were very helpful and courteous.

I have the same machine and have the mannual but it is unclear on how to thread it since it uses to boobins at the same time. I am so confused.

I was able to contact the company and ask for one. They mailed it out to me for free.

I am having problem with the bobbins. I try changing bobbins. The bottom stitch is still to loose. It pull out like a gathering thread. Will anyone be
