The rubber seal came off of the inside during the spin cycle - behind door against the tub -- and a wire ring came out. I put the rubber seal back on but have no idea where the wire ring would go? Is this something you can help me fix myself?
The wire ring is the seal retaining spring, it fits in a groove at the rear of the door seal.
Double the seal back in the drum, and fit the spring around the seal at the rear of same, it fits inside a groove, it is difficult, so persist and be patient.
Please rate my solution.
Thanks.

I have a Bosch WFMC3200 front loader. About a month ago the lights on the display started to dim. Since that time I have had problems with the washer completing a full cycle. Sometimes it would and sometimes is would just stop mid cycle. Then I could manually set it to spin and it would spin. Sometimes I could unplug the machine and an hour later plug it back in and it would work for the full cycle. Now it won't do the final spin at all. Sometimes I can get it to go through the wash cycle, but it will not go to the rinse. The time stops on the display and it clicks so the door is free to open. My model is only 5 years old. We live as missionaries overseas and we brought it with us.My parents are coming in January, so if I need a part I would like to know which part to order for them to bring with them.
