Question about Lexmark Z640 InkJet Printer
Hi..i wonder if anyone can help me.....it is driving me insane...i recently bought a lexmark z640 printer and installed it according to the instructions that came with it....however, in the lexmark solution centre, then advanced tab, then printing status where i can supposedly change the voice or skin....it wont let me.....it is just a blank space where the skin changer should be.....have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer several times to no avail....also the web tune up button for a software update which should be below the printing status button is not there either.
This is not the first lexmark product that i have bought but it is certainly the first time i have come across this particular problem..
I hope someone can shed some light on how to rectify this problem..
