Screen suddenly went black, has had no damage whatsoever to it? Can make calls by guessing the correct buttons to push, keypad light displays but cannot see anything on the now black screen?! Please help!
I have this phone for about few months and suddenly the functions are
not visible. It's just a blank white page. However when I try pushing
the buttons, there is sound and it seems like it's working. The problem
is I can't view the functions or anything. It's just blank. What should
I do so that I can view the functions again?

lg phone is several years and screen is blank although phone works

Same problem... was viewing the file menu, tried to enter a folder. blam! the screen went black. Only realised later that the phone was still on when the phone rang. I have not updated firmware or added any software. Worked fine for about 2years.
