i was printing many double-sided pages on my canon MP530 and one of them got stuck, completely in the printer (bottom tray). i've tried using a tweezer from the front and the back, but can't grasp it w/o tearing... is there some sort of release button or way to feed it through and get more paper exposed?
finally got the paper out by unplugging the whole thing, removing it from the shelf, and taking out the spare paper tray on the bottom of the unit... sure wish it had been designed with a "release" button!

As soon as I hook up the phone lines as suggested to use the fax my other phones go dead I am on a digital phone system and have tried the splitter which still does not work. When I plug the printer directly into the wall jack and send a fax from the software it appears to work but all other phones go dead.... What have I missed in the settings...or what should I be doing
