I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD MY PRINTER AND IT WILL NOT DOWNLOAD ITS SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT THE DRIVER I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA HOME BASICS HELP

I have the same problem

I know someone who can solve this problem

Do you have the original Driver CD or did you download the drivers from the web? If so, from where?

According to Lexmark the Vista driver download does NOT include the all in one software.

If you have the original disk you need to run the setup in compatibility mode for XP SP2. That should install the applications and XP driver. If the printer won't be recognized or print after that then you may need to manuall install the driver and port settings. I can elaborate a bit should you ave some more questions,
