-Remove the paper from the paper trays.
-Fan the stack of paper.
-Turn off your printer.
-Remove the power cable of the printer
-Remove the paper from the paper trays.
-Lift the main tray, then remove foreign objects or debris.
-Remove the rear access(back door) cover from your printer, then check for foreign debris the remove it -Clean the rollers of the printer using a lint-free cloth with small amount of water
-let the rollers dry
-Reinsert the rear access door (back door) cover
-Fan the paper and put it on your paper tray -Plug the power cable., wait for the printer to initialize -Do a test Print., If its still not feeding please download your latest Firmware at kodak.com/go/downloads

scanner motor move failed error code 5202This is 2nd time this printer has been a problem I really feel ripped off I have a ESP 5 all in one printer. My husband didn't want to buy it and I talked him into it. I think he was right and your company took me for a ride.
