Go INTO the customer menu and select CONVERGENCE--what you are looking for is will blue or red not move in some direction?

If you find in your case blue or red is wacked and will not adjust let me know--I can post here start to finish instructions for this repair on this set.....

You only need to be able to know how to solder and get at the chips--you can buy a pair of the chips on Ebay for less than 14 dollars plus shipping.

If you cannot do it yourself--let me know and I will give you options.
