Problem for Dell 962 Photo All-In-One InkJet Printer

HP 944 Photo all in one printer isnt recoginizing new ink cartrid

i put two brand new ink cartridges specificly for the HP 944 Photo all in one printer and i now get a "change cartridge/remove tape' message. i did remove tape, i didnt do anything different than last time

Very carefully using a clean duster, wipe the cartridge terminals/pickups
