Hello and Welcome to FixYa!
If you have forgotten your iPhone's passcode you can reset it by restoring your phone to factory default settings. You can restore your phone by following this tutorial (or this one).
Please remember by restoring your iPhone your iPhone will be formatted so all your data will be lost. So make sure to create a backup of your data before you restore.
