It looks like there is a 120 mm fan in there already, along with 3 others.
Here is the specs.

Side fan on the NZXT Apollo does not spin or light up, a wire that is coming from the side fan is loose but i do not know where to put it back in.

Depending on which motherboard you have installed there should be a 3-pin or 4-pin fan header connection.

Check the motherboard's documentation, there should be a diagram showing position of the connections- they will be labelled SYS_Fan or PWR_Fan.

Most fan headers possess a foolproof insertion design. When connecting a fan cable be sure to connect it in the correct orientation (the black connector wire is the ground wire)

Hope this helps you. Thanks for using FixYa

Hey, im looking to see what size and type of screws are used to hold the box closed that my air filter is in under the hood of my 2002 kia spectraLX. Anyone know?

I'll bet your local dealer has an illustrated parts breakdown which would tell you and have a big box of the most common fasteners for the whole car.

Cooling fan noise?

DO NOT RIDE THE BIKE WITHOUT A FAN FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME The fan should not rotate on the hub, if it does, it needs to be replaced before it self destructs. To get the fan off, you need a 14 mm fine-thread bolt from a hardware store. First, remove the bolt that holds the fan onto the end of the camshaft, then screw the "hardware bolt" onto the fan. Then tighten the bolt and hit the end of it with a hammer - repeat the tightening/hitting until the fan comes off. Also, look at choppercharles.com or trainwiththom.com to really find some good help.

Gigabyte motherboard +Nzxt Apollo = ?

Yes! You'r motherboard's form factor is Micro ATX, and the chassis you are looking at is a Mid ATX, meaning it could take one size larger motherboard, but there is nothing wrong with putting a smaller one in it.

Acer Aspire 1640z overheating

Clear the dust from the heatsink and fan assembly. Most laptops have vents on the bottom and outlet vents on the side or back of the laptop. The fan covers on the base are held in place by screws. The fan is usually over the CPU and is held in place with 3 or 4 spring loaded screws, remove these will allow you to remove the fan and heatsink assmbly.
If there isn't vents on the bottom of the laptop, only on the sides and back edges, then the heatsink and fan assembly is usually located under the keyboard and you need to remove the keyboard to clean/remove the dust off the heatsink/fan.
After cleaning and before re-assembly apply a thin film of heatsink compound on top of the CPU.
