My 8GB Sansa seems to have crashed

When I turn on my 8GB Sansa, its logo will come on and the screen will flash and repeat to do the same. Also, my computer no longer recognizes it once plugged in through USB. Can I restore if it if it has its memory has crashed? Is there software I can download to reload it?

Hi.
You need to update the Firmware of your Mp3 Player.
To do that try to follow this guide:
