I do not have the manual for that particular machine, but other similar canons point to "composite power supply or main motor board"

what actaully you need? if you need a manual is another issue but if you need your machine to work do this.
1.check the corona wires in corona units if broken replace if not
2.clean the corona units so that they will be free from discharging.
first try to look for the drum if it scratch no matter the distance btn lines
then if the drum is ok. look and adjust the position of the lens to home position.
