Lectrosonics 411a output level problem

I think I am having the same issue. I have two UCR411a receivers, one
was bought brand new the other is used. I also have a SM and SMa
transmitters.
I've played around with different mics, settings, cables, everything. The used receiver output level is -10db compared to the new one. I'm not sure if I need to worry about this but any advice would be great. Thanks.

Found my problem. The SM transmitters were manufactured at -10db compared to the SMA. You can get it fixed by Lectro.
