1. I have updated my track licenses through rhapsody - the player will play for a little while and then all songs state 'synchronise to continue playing the song. I've done this. 2. I loaded mp3's for the first time onto my Scandisk Sansa Clip player, got through 2 songs and it's died. Battery was at least half charged and now it won't turn on or charge from wall adapter or computer. Any way to bring it to life? I doesn't have a warranty and is past the point of returning to the store.
