hi the printers "return bar" where the ink cartridges are located i believe is out of alignment when I power on and it slides over the printer justs goes off line and the light starts blinking can you please help

run the maintenance utility of the printer software that came with it...

hey kathy hw are r ya?okay i think the cartridges are not properly inserted try to check on them if that doesnt help check the printer cables.good lucky
