I can't make contacts copy from my old sim card

Leave old sim card in phone . copy contacts to phone . take old sim out . insert new sim card . copy contacts from phone to new sim card.

Put your sim into your old phone and copy contacts to sim. You might loose sum info, but you will not loose your contacts and the numbers. Then put the sim into your HTC and copy contacts to phone.

1. To copy your sim contacts to your new Xperia x10, you first have to copy your contacts from your old phone to your SIM card. 2. When the copying is done, move the SIM card to your new phone. 3. From the "Home" screen, find and tap "Phonebook" then Press the "Menu" key 4. Then tap More > Import contacts > SIM card. **To import all contacts, press the Menu key, then tap Import all (To import one contact, tap the contact, then edit the contact information and tap Done).

To transfer your contacts through the SIM card:

1. Copy your contacts from your old phone to your SIM card. If you need help with this, please consult the old phone user guide.
2. When the copying is done, move the SIM card to your new phone.
3. Select Menu > Contacts.
4. If the phone asks you to copy info from the SIM card, skip steps 5-10.
5. Otherwise, tap Options > Settings > Contacts to display.
6. Select SIM memory > OK, then tap Back.
7. Tap Options > Mark/Unmark > Mark all.
8. Tap Options > Copy > Phone memory.
9. Tap Options > Settings > Contacts to display.
10. Select Phone memory > OK, then tap Back.

If you don't have something like "Data Pilot" which has cables and software for backing up cell phone information...

Normally you would put your SIM card int he old phone, go to the contact/addressbook menu and look for an option for "Copy to SIM"... Once you copy your contacts to the SIM (there's a limit) then you put it back in your new phone. You can then leave them on the SIM or copy them to the phone in much the same manner.

its very eassy, u jst copy all contact details in ur phone or any other phone & insert ur new sim card, & again copy all contct into new sim card

You have not stated the Brand and the Model of your old phone. anyway the basic procedure remains the same for every cell phone.
Transfer your all contacts in the old phone to your sim card. Go to phone book/address book and then contacts. On the drop down menu you will find 2 options i.e. Copy Sim to Phone and Copy Phone to Sim. Click on Copy Phone to Sim. All your contacts will be transferred to Sim. Remove the sim from the old phone and insert it in the new LG phone. Repeat the above steps.This time you have to select Copy Sim to Phone. All your contacts will be stored in the new phone.

open "address book", then press "option"scroll down to "SIM contacts" and press the right-navigation key and select "SIM Directory"

It will display contacts on your SIM card. To copy contacts from SIM to phone memory. Select "Options" then scroll down to "Mark/Unmark" press right-navigation key and select "Mark All" then select "Options" again and then select "Copy to Contacts"

That will copy your contacts from SIM to Phone directory.

Copy all Contacts on your old sim to your phone. Place the new sim card in the phone then copy all the contacts from your phone to the new sim

Just copy the contact from old phone into the sim card.if you are uable to do that .go to contacts and select option button there you will see copy option click on that it will ask you whether you want to copy contacts from sim card to phone or phone to sim card .select phone to sim card......that's it now switch off your mobile and you will see all the contacts of old phone into new one.........
