Horizontal Black Line on Plasma Screen

On my Panasonic TH50PX77U, there is a horizontal black line through the middle of the screen. It shows up on every channel and input. If anyone could please tell me what the problem is, I would really appreciate it.

I have a vertical line in the middle of my screen also have the Panasonic Viera. The TV is not even a year old!!

I have a Panasonic TH-50PX60U and a thin, horizontal black line appeared across my screen this morning and will not go away. The unit is 14 months old. Warranty expired last month, of course. If anyone has a new solution to this, it would be greatly appreciated. I've had to call a Panasonic tech and I know that's going to be expensive.

Most likely it's the PDP panel failure.
