My Acer aspire 4930 wont charge the battery. The power source from the wall outlet seems working fine. The power led light is blinking but the laptop refuses to power up. I have tried to use my adapter with another laptop and it worked fine. When i removed the battery and use only the power from the wall outlet, it wont turn on as well. Could it be my motherboard failure? help me please. Btw, sorry for my bad english.

You have done the right things by working on some process of elimination.
try removing the battery and the AC adapter from the laptop hold down the power button for about 40 secs then try with power. IF this doesnt work chances are its a Motherboard failure.
