Percentage formula for a fixed comission

hi,
I own a restaurant that delivers pizzas. I pay the drivers 17% of the value they deliver. so that value varies daily. I do not know how to create a formula in my spreadsheet that will automatically deduct 17% of the total sales for each driver. I also do not know how to create the formula for my next cell to automatically place the result of that equation (total minus 17%=). I appreciate your help.
